The Makita 18V x2 LXT Lithium-Ion (36V) cordless/corded 4-gallon HEPA filter dry dust extractor/vacuum offers a convenient solution for easy clean-ups. This versatile tool can be operated in either cordless or corded mode, providing maximum flexibility.

When running in cordless mode, the dry dust extractor/vacuum is powered by two 18V LXT batteries, delivering 36V of power and runtime. Using two 18V 5.0Ah batteries, it can provide up to 65 minutes of continuous runtime on the low setting and 30 minutes on the high setting. The powerful Makita-built motor delivers 74 cfm and 36" water lift of suction on battery operation.

In corded operation, the vacuum delivers an impressive 127 cfm and 96" water lift of suction. The 19.7' power cord, combined with the anti-static hoses (1-1/2" x 8' or 1" x 11-1/2', both included), offers extended reach for fast clean-ups.

The dry dust extractor/vacuum features a 3-stage filtration system designed for efficient cleaning and extended main filter life. The system includes a pre-filter bag, a damper filter, and a main filter, all of which are included. This comprehensive filtration system captures 99.97% of particulates 0.3 microns and larger.

To maintain optimal suction efficiency and extend filter life, the dry dust extractor/vacuum is equipped with a filter cleaning system. This feature helps ensure consistent performance throughout the tool's usage.

For user convenience, the dry dust extractor/vacuum boasts several ease-of-use features, such as an oversized on-off switch, a variable speed control dial, and dual LED battery indicators that are clearly visible and easily accessible on the top and front of the vacuum. Additional features include quick-release metal latches, a large rubber bumper, and rear casters with locking levers.
